This week Henry packed 5 days of school lunches. He used his hot lunch thermos for chickpea leftovers. His favorite item of the week was a homemade crepe with peanut butter and banana.

Do your kids help make the family grocery shopping list? I try to get Henry's input on which fruits and vegetables to purchase each week even if he doesn't go to the grocery store. Often he is more likely to eat fresh produce if he helps to choose it.
