Now, for the resolution. I'd like to challenge you to make one small change to your food routine in 2013. Choosing one small resolution makes it more likely you'll stick with it throughout the year. If you have picky eaters, include them in making a family resolution. It might be trying one new food per week, making sure to eat breakfast every day, or enjoying more meals together as a family.
